Todd Gillingham, Vice President, Marketing & Operations
As Vice President of Marketing and Operations, Todd drives the region’s competitive edge by bridging data-driven strategy with operational excellence. A key architect of the region’s data center industry and site audit programs, his leadership has been instrumental in attracting over 6,000 new jobs and $100 billion in capital investment. By streamlining regional readiness and global marketing, Todd ensures our communities are not only visible to investors but prepared for immediate, high-impact growth.
